Если кредитное приложение утверждает, что является NBFC, одного такого заявления недостаточно. Проверьте регистрацию соответствующего кредитора в RBI и наличие у приложения законного разрешения. Доступ к вашим контактам также должен осуществляться законно.

lodge an complaint to police , if they don't take it try at cyber crimes as it's related to online . issue a legal notice or police complaint on the name of bank or finance agency from where you have taken loan , you have alternate remedies by civil court for injunctions , regards,
