Harrasment by recovery agency of HDFC Bank calling to people nearby us

Bank recovery agency appointed peoples collecting contact details of people of nearby locations and by calling theme to pressurised for loan collection and to harm our reputation.
We are getting continued calls from there side we ignored calls.
Thats why these people contacting personaly to nearby our home and by collecting their phone numbers by calling theme and saying that you are a guaranter of our loan you need to pay it.
Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint of the Harrassment which is being done with you on a prolonged basis, try to get that Police Complaint lodged into FIR by adding Cognizable Offences, if you are not good in drafting Complaint, seek assistance of Advocate like me.
