I have received a collection call from Kotak and the laungage used by the collection executive is very hurting. How to deal with them
You can always complaint against such harrasment/ behaviour with RBI on their official website at help desk tab.

Lodge a complaint before Police, and better to file an injunction case before Civil Courts not to interfere in your peaceful possession, and not to use illegal means for recovering the said loan amount.
