Harassment by Bank for a loan Not taken by me

Hi
I have been getting messages from bank payment of a loan that i have not taken. The loan is name of different person and i don't know the person but they are harassing me for the payment just because number listed is mine.
I have been using the number for past five years and i have been getting calls for last two months.
Can i take legal action against them?
and if yes should i register a fir or complain in consumer court or to banking ombudsman?

As per the limited information given by you, it is clear that you have not taken the loan and the phone calls are shabby and faux. It is hereby advise to serve them a Legal notice stating all your issues, so as to get the same in writing and I am hopeful that they would not trouble you again.

Sir, the same is serious issue and you are innocent person. Further, send an E-mail to the bank and disclose all such things. Although, file complain from any mode due the bank agent has no right of harassment.
