I am reaching out to seek your legal advice regarding a financial dispute. I have a phone recording in which the borrower clearly acknowledges the loan amount and agrees to repay it. I would like to understand whether this recording can be considered valid proof in legal proceedings, and how it can be used to support my case if I file a complaint or pursue recovery.

hi first need to see the mode of transferring the amount and if it is done through online then you could send him legal notice asking him to pay the money and if he failed to do so then you could file civil suit for recovery and for proofs you could use bank statements
