Got possession letter from the bank. How to get my house emptied?

I want know about possession letter past by bank and says i file the case in court for empty the house as well by police and tack order from the court what i can do in this setuation plz seggest me
In that u have to file a suit in the of jurisdiction wherein Property lies. Then after hearing the parties of the case Court will decided. Then handover the possession of the suit. And property .

if the bank has taken symbolic / physical possession of a mortgaged property under the Securitisation And Reconstruction Of Financial Assets And Enforcement Of Security Interest Act (SARFAESIA Act) then you need to approach the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT) in the jurisdiction where property is located. if physical possession not taken, you may also have to approach the District Magistrate / CMM if proceedings under Section 14 initiated by the bank.

what is your case? have you purchased your property from bank in auction? . if is bought from the bank then it is the duty of the bank to handover the possession of the property to you by taking action under s.14 sarfaesi act or if it is not so, then you have to proceed with suit for possession of the property in court.
