. I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against the management of my PG, for harassment, false accusations, illegal eviction, and refusal to refund my money. I had paid ₹1,30,000 out of the total yearly fee of ₹1,95,000, which included the security deposit. However, I was forced to leave after staying there for only two months and they refused my refund of the whole year
file a criminal complaint against your management, go there directly call 100 and tell them to refund your money or give you your possession, get an FIR or NC registered against them, then give legal notice if they still don't agree with you and don't return your money back, also seek compensation and damages for mental harassment done by them.

Security deposit refund terms
Any deduction conditions
If the landlord evicted you without proper notice (usually 1 month unless otherwise agreed), it may be illegal.
