Aap Bank ke upar Sec 420 of IPC ke tahat Cheating ka Case Darz karwao. Sec 420 of IPC ke tahat Police Complaint jab Police ko milegi, unko iss case me FIR Darz karne ke liye Preliminary Enquiry karni padegi. Jyada possibilities hai ki Bank aapko aapka saara Gold during Police ki Preliminary Enquiry me de dega.
