Gold loan auction without sending auction notice

We took gold loan in Muthoot fincorp without sending auction notice they have auction our gold informed us through phone call it’s clearly mentioned in the company website but process was not followed didn’t even inform us about the auction process later we have checked it how to file case

hi if the gold was auctioned without any notice and following the due procedure then you could approach court seeking steps to declare such action as illegal and pay compensation for the loss occured and to pay damages
