Give cash to someone, now he denied return

I have 2000 rs note , Mr kishan told me he exchange for me, on 21 nov he told me he is not in mumbai he send mrs sneha to collect money from me. When sneha come to collect money, I call to kishan he said give money to sneha, I give money to sneha. On this evening sneha came and told me that she give money to his mother &mother give to unknown person Mr bharti & now bharthi r not reachable & his phone are switch off, till today I never received my money. Please suggest legal advice for this

Well, you can either file a Civil Suit for Breach of Promise or if you think, that, it is not a normal case of Breach of Promise, but cheating has been done with you, then, you can file a case of cheating under Sec 420 of the IPC
