Gave money to a party want to recover the money

Dear sir I have given credit to party and amanut is one lack forty thausand and thay have not given cheque so plz suggest how can give me my money back
Do you have proof of credit given to the party? Have you given credit in cash or online transfer or through cheque to the party? If it's through online transfer or cheque, you can arrange to issue a legal notice to the party and if the party still do not pay your money, you can file a Recovery Suit in the Court.
