I am deepak khurana my company name global critique service private limited our company work with another organization I have provide service to them. But after the service provide the organisation have not pay anything to me

If the services have already been provided by your company to the other company and nothing has been paid by them, then you can surely send a legal notice in order to recover your funds. In case, the said company doesn’t revert to the said legal notice then you can proceed further and can file a suit for recovery in the court of law.
