Friend took money now denying can I show phone recording

18-Feb-2023 (In Recovery Law)

Hello, My friend borrowed 15lacs in cash from me in installment and gave 2 cheques of 10+5 lacs against it. now he is saying that he hasnt took any money and dont know how i got these cheques. Can i use phone recording as evidence in this case? Our common friend called him and ask him to pay my amount to which he says that he hasnt got money now but he would pay in future in installments. Is this recording helpful to me? I heard that in case of phone recording one has to surrender the device in the court through which the recording is made,is it so?

Dear friend, since you are having cheques, it is advisable to file section 138 negot I able instruments act cases against that person. We can get convict him even if he says in court that he has not taken any amount.
We can use phone recording in court to make our case more. Strong.
We can file civil recovery suit under summary procedure
