Friend not returning my credit card amount he availed
10-Apr-2023 (In Recovery Law)
My friend took 60k from my credit card and said will pay by 2 months.
Every month he says he will pay next month but de doesn’t.
I have call recording with him and his father and whatsapp chat where all transaction happened and where he says he will return but he doesn’t.
What shall i do mow
Shoot a legal notice and in case he fails to pay file a suit for recovery, prove your claim and recover the money. You can also get an FIR lodged u.s 420 IPC. You can call me for further assistance or meet me with the documents.

File a Criminal Complaint explain in detail the circumstances in the complaint. Gather the evidences and attach them as annexures (chats,calls) in the complaint. Then visit the Police Station which falls in your area.
Filing a Civil Suit is also an option. You may send a Notice through your lawyer. But for the given amount, I would not advise it.
