Friend borrowed money and moved to USA how can I recover

Hi, One of my friend borrowed 25 Lakhs before 2 years from me in india, after that he moved to USA. Now he is not responding to me anymore, also told me do whatever you can and i will not pay. I have legal documents for the borrow. Now he is USA and he is a green card holder. Is there any way to recover money from him? Will US court order him to return to india? What is the best way to approach? Thanks in Advance

Hopefully you are having documents or proofs of his taking the hand loan amount of 25 laks.
If u know his permanent place of residence in US you must contact a litigation Attorney and ask him to send a legal notice for return of his hand loan ispite of legal notice if he does not return u the loan amt you can file a suit for recovery of amount in US.
