Fraud happened with me at cars24

My father was test-driving the vehicle at cars 24. While parking it, he mistakenly touched another car which caused a slight scratch on both the cars. Cars 24 forced us that either we pay damages for the scratch or buy car now. We wanted to pay damages (Rs3000) but they offered a discount and convinced us to buy the car instead. On the first day, i noticed some major issues but they denied return request even when it was within the 7 day return period saying that you hit the car while buying.

You can file a consumer case against cars 24, for major issues in car and also for forcing you to purchase the vehicle. Where did this happen and where is your permanent residence? Which car was it? Leave the car at their godown and make videos. Make cars 24 admit the mistake at their end. Save evidences. Send legal notice to Cars24. File consumer complaint at DCDRC LOCATED AT your territorial jurisdiction. Case might take 1-3 years but you’ll come up with a positive result.
