Fraud consultant made us to pay 14.6 lacs and cheated us

Me and my friend paid 14.6 lacs to a consultancy in Mumbai promising us to send New Zealand for job and sent fake visa and we need the refund as they promised kindly help us further process legally

You can file a case 420 and 406 if ipc incase of civilian you can file recovery suit in shortest period of hearing you can right to file attachments of property so better to approach your nearest advocate
