Forced to Pay loan at once they are not giving Emi option

I have taken the digital OD(Overdraft Limit) and I lost so much in business and now iam unable to pay it and amount is Rs.150000 and I was trying to negotiate to pay it by emi but bank is not ready and also I tried to get help from bottom to Top in bank and none is ready to help. Now they sent the legal notice with section 406,506, and 420 should I call the law firm and ask them for help who sent me the legal notice behalf of bank.
You can pay minimum amount as per terms of bank. you anable to pay the loan then RC will issue by Government authority as per schedule of Bank which was signed by on the day of loan sanction. You can call me and help you. Advocate Ajay Pratap Singh Lucknow.
