If you have filed an interim application it will be mostly rejected as the party is claiming his own share of money and the question arises what you will be a plaintiff or respondent as in a case will be filed against you or for you so rather file a separate case for recovery of your dues and tag along this case with the already pending case so that you have separate standing in court, the case which is already filed in that case no remedy has been asked for you or your company so you have no right in that case.

In such circumstances, it would be appropriate to file an Intervention Application demonstrating your bona fides and clearly establishing that any order passed in the matter is likely to adversely affect your rights and interests.
