File for Order 37 cpc for returning money gave for investment purpose

I have given 4.25lks to a office colleague to invest 3 yrs ago and he sent me an email with the proof of investment and upon checking with the institute I found that he has not invested and the documents are fake. I am asking him to pay me back but he is not paying me the full amount. He's paying me 10k in 2months as profit from the money I gave him. I have a medical urgency and he's not returning to he money
Hi u may file a summary suit for recovery of your money however the suit shall be within the period of limitation. Hope you have paid the said amount through bank and not thorugh cash, however the email referred to is also a matter of proof of payment.
