Few years back I gave around 5 lacks to my neighbours nd now they r not returning actuallly now they immigrate to another city nd for sake of convience my friend now became a lawyer actually I don't have any solid proof against them also they borrow money from other neighbours also now wht can i do

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him a legal notice and in that notice you must write that either return my money back or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you satisfactory reply then you can anytime send a complaint regarding your grievances in writing to the police station of your area. And if you wish to go legal then you can always file a recovery suit in the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Okay, understand your Query , We Will help you in this regards . There are two provisions to get back money from your friend I.e one is civil recovery suit and another is if you have cheque of his then you have filed a 138 Criminal complaint against him before court. Thank you

You need to hire expert advocate to file suit for recovery in this case, apart from lawyer’s Geri also need to pay appropriately 1% court fee in this regard ! This is the only way to fight legally for your money All the best N b in touch
