In 2016 I went to work permit by agent he said I will get 1000US DOLLAR salary and free food and accommodation and 2 year visa but nothing was their as he told me I give him 6 lack ruppe for going their he But now he is not giving money back he is not giving money back what I do
This is a simple and clear case of cheating and fraud. If you have given the money to him by cheque, you can simply file a fIR against this person on the ground of cheating and fraud. You should definitely approach the legal forum to recover your money from him.

Were these terms and conditions in between you and the agent documented? Also, how was this 6 lacs given to him, in cash or through cheque? To recover this amount you'll have to lodge both an FIR and file a suit for recovery against the agent.
