Fake medicine sold by the doctor

I bought a medicine online for hair regrowth named as Ziping hair growth formula from Dr. Abhinit Gupta (Laskomig, Poison clinic) Bhopal from their website https://laskomig.com/
I paid Rupees 22700 online for this medicine.
Now it's more than 2.5 months. All medicine I used but not a single hair grown on my scalp.
They are not paying my money back
Well, you can file a case against them before the consumer forum to claim return of your invested money along with compensation in lakhs or crores, if they have made false claims in their advertising or have given you fake promises to entice you to use their product with an intent to cheat you.
