Faced loan issue (home loan+ cc cgtmse loan )

Hi I am rajiv.i am facing loan problem from CBI Bank . I was taken home loan amount 20lac and cc cgtmse loan 18lac . Current outstanding of both loan (34lac). My account Npa from 1year .bank already OA file to drt . Please SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD I DO.WHAT WIL HAPPEN. I am also ready for settlement but bank not ready
