Execution petition filed kapil chits funds

There was a case ep filed within in two years .Salary attachment warrant and notice through RPAD issued. If ep filed with in two years how many days to recovery the money.

hi if you are aggrieved by the salary attachment order then you could file petition in high court challenging such order and need to see the grounds for filing execition petition in court seeking attachment
