Greetings for the day, In this situation wherein consumer court has passed orders in your favor to get the refund amount and you filed an execution for that order and now an appeal is filed against the order in the execution petition, now, the only way for you to get the refund amount is by contesting the appeal of execution because only the execution can get you your refund amount.
