Excluding name from all cases filed in consumer court

2 builder partners plan joint venture project. 1 builder takes money from consumers for flats showing site of joint venture but company name is different. Consumers have filed case against both builder partners and court given ruling in consumer favour without listening to 2nd builder. Moreover while selling the site, clause is made that if any legal issue arises then 1st builder will face the legal. How to remove the name from this and such cases in future?

Well, you can merely repair the damage which has been caused to the reputation of both the Builders until now by filing an appeal against the Consumer Court Decision to get a clean chit. That's the mere option you have.
