EMI repayment and legal notice on repayment of loan

Actually i have been trapped in an investment scam and we have taken a loan of 15 lakhs from CRED app for that and now EMI paymnets started where i am unemployed and no source of inome to repay also we have registered a cybercrime FIR and that case is going on we have requested for EMI deferment until the case closes but they are not accepting and sent the legal notice for the repaymnet of EMI.need your advice on this issue

Approach us we will help you in getting injunction order from court and u will get relief from bank officials and recovery agents and they won’t harasses you, you get relief one or two or three years depends on judge

CRED is a lender who is legally entitled to demand repayment of EMIs since the loan agreement is binding until a Court orders . You have done right by filing a cyber crime FIR . However , until the Court relief is obtained. CRED can legally demand EMI repayment . Immediately reply to their notice through an advocate and closing the FIR.
