Emi recovery issue.... Legal action taken thereof

One EMI is missing and on the basis of that i have been asked that the legal action is to be taken against you if not paid. I don't know any law in this regard how to defend my self, as it is not that much of serious case as I do not deny to pay I just want some time.

Yes the legal notice would be send to you and case would be done at nearest local jurisdiction, and u will be pushed to take bail and all so better is to pay the installment or in other way u will get the time but case would be filed
