EMI Legal Notice I received on WhatsApp today
15-Mar-2024 (In Recovery Law)
I had a little loan of about 70k and I’ve payed every mnth until 4 EMIs were remaining & I had to leave the job I was working at and the nxt mnth collectors showd up to my door asking for money, I sd I don’t have antg I need time but they didn’t listen and kept calling and telling me I have to give back the asset a phone actually. Made my dad leave his work and go to bank with him and pay him that emi, I haven’t paid ntg since and today I got WA txt of legal notice of some sort
Engaging of goons by banks and financial institutions is illegal. Please share a copy of the legal notice received by you this morning to give u sound legal advice in your matter. Also pls inform the current situation in relation to the loan account
