EMI harrasment by recovery agent monthly

Every month we are facing mental agony & harrasment by Bajaj finance recovery agent thru msgs ,calls & home visits & defaming us in front of neighbours

You can file a police complaint against the recovery agents for criminal intimidation defamation and mental harassment. You can also have the right to complain to RBI and Bajaj Finance grievance cells. Lenders must follow RBI's fair practice code. Harassment, threats or public defamation are strictly illegal. If it still continues, you can file a case before the consumer forum for compensation for mental agony and unfair trade . A lawyer can protect your rights.

file a sensation of harassment case and send a legal notice through lawyer , if any possibilities you can re structure the loan and settlement issues in some case based on value of loan injunction orders can be obtained through trial court , when the harrasment by the agents takes place you can fileFIR under criminal offences
