EMI date, holding of account, not clarify deduction from saving accou

I took a personal loan from bank .for EMI date how i know? I know through only bank communication like mail or messages. I received mail and messages that your EMI will start from the 18th of month but the branch held my account from 1st of the month and branch manager not accepting his fault. he hold my account many times. I mail 2 times to GM, 5 times to AGM, 6-8 times to branch manager, 2 times consumer forum. but all times branch manager say that your emi will start from 1st of the month. now what are the option available for me against the bank

hi if the bank is deducting emis without any valid reason and that you could file consumer complaint against such action by issuing legal notice that they are indulging in unfair trade practice and refrain from doing such activities
