Emi charges but i have balance in account

I have sufficient balance in my account for EMI but Bank not detected now they charge me 500 Rupees as NACH return charge is it legal
u please contact bank branch with complaint letter with request to waiver penalty fee,
and wait for their response , u can send email to GM of bank or customer care ,
if not satisfied with thier response , send a legal notice to bank manager through ur advocate

It is not legal, and they cannot charge you ₹500 for the same. you can send a legal notice and ask them to correct the entry. If you can inform me which bank it is then I can help you further.
