EMI amount issue after part payment done

Hello ,, I have done a part payment to one of nbfc firms in form of cheque of Lakh..there customer care told me if I pay amount between 5th-25thday than emi amount will reduce, so I paid on 20th day...now they are saying that emi amount will reduce from upcoming one not the next emi....also there customer care never send any communication regarding same..what to do?

You can always serve them a legal notice regarding your grievances and tell them what they want you to do next. It was their duty to keep up with their words when they said that the EMI will reduce. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You can send a legal notice through an Advocate with respect to the current situation you’re facing. Rest we can discuss further about the said matter in depth in order to understand the whole scenario.

please complain regarding the malpractice of NBFC with the RBI ombudsman, it is quite a handy tool which is free of cost and there is heavy penalty for breaching RBI guideline , penalty is incurred upon the erring financial institution.
