2012 ka Education loan nhi pay krne pr tehsil ke madhyam se RC bheja h . Ab hme kya Krna chahiye. Limitation act 1963 ka labh milega. Aur bhi raste ho

you should write a letter to the district magistrate and request for the settlement of the loan amount since it is the education loan you can lead that after the education was ended you are not employed anywhere and during the same period you got from health issue if you have some previous documents randomly you can use it and it will work in fever of you so far as the limitation act pension it is only for the recovery
