Education loan compromise settlement still summon come from court

my education loan is settled in 2019 in one time compromise settlement and also bank given me the letter that it was settled. but still summon is coming from court what should i do
You need to produce the OTS receipt to the concerned bank official and make sure that the same is also reflected in the bank system. You can file an application asking the bank to instruct their lawyer to withdraw the case. finally you have to ensure that the case is withdrawn on the next date of hearing.
