ECS bounce case u/s 25 of the payment & settlement act

Bank has initiated a case u/s 25 of the NIA payment & settlement act. My 1st date is on 2nd Jan'25. Let me know how much charges it require to get bail. Also the loan amount is only 42k . Let me know
