DPU University not refunding money after taking admission

I took admission in DY Patil University in online MBA program but due to family issues and various problems I want to withdraw the admission..I paid 40000₹ for the first semester. Now the Counselor is not attending my phone for the refund related issue. I already mailed and informed them after 10 days of admission. Please guide me as I am in urgent need of money as father is undergoing treatment..

For recovery u have to initiate lega proceedings including giving a legal notice to them .As per the decision in Sehgal School of Competition vs Dalbir Singh u can initiate legal proceedings for refund of ur amount in consumer forum on ground of deficiency ofservices or in district court as well .Contact me for any help .
