Does owner liable for loan by tenant

Shop rented to tenant. Tenant taken hand loan / daily payment loan from private financiar.
Does financiar have any right to ask recovery of loan from shop owner?
Please advise sir
If any shop owner given surety then only he is liable if not so he is not liable….. owner given his property for residence or commercial…. He is not liable for loans taken by tenant… even if tenant given owners details as reference then also he is not liable
