Didn't received promised cashback

Hi, A company called Zest Money promised in their scheme that I'll be getting cashback for the product I purchased just after first few EMI's but it's been months now and they haven't provided any yet. When I talk to them they keep postponing it. What should I do?

If you have evidence regarding whatever you said, you can give legal notice to them and demand your cashback. If they refuse you can then approach the consumer forum and initiate a case against them. For proper guidance, visit my office at the High Court by taking a prior appointment.
