I wanted to file a complaint against the FLIPKART ?

Well, you can file a case against Flipkart before the concerned Consumer Forum. If the claim amount is more than 20 Lakhs and upto 1 Crore, then, the case can be filed before the State Commission, if the claim amount is less than 20 lakhs, the case can be filed before the District Consumer Forum and if the claim amount is more than 1 crore, the case can be filed before the National Consumer Forum.
