Delay in Rennovation Project at my house


17-Aug-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I had given a renovation project to a company that had to finish the project by 7th August and till today 17th August only 50% of the task is done and they are still delaying the processes ahead.

Have you made any Contract with the Company that the work have to finished on the particular date. If yes then you may take legal action against him. Thanks and Regards

you have any agreement to that project company. for completing of work till 7th Aug. if they give you any assurance in written formate. then you can take a legal action against him and demand compensate. and also demand mental harassment.
