Delay in issuance of refund and Not cancelling the course bought .

01-Oct-2023 (In Recovery Law)
I bought a byjus course on 01-07-2023. On 06-07-2023 i contacted them regarding cancellation. On 16-07-2023. Onwards I've been assured that I'll be getting the refund. On 01-10-2023. They said that they are unable to issue the refund. Reason is irrelevant. They are forcing me to use the product. They've override their own refund policy.

Sar first of all you have to send a legal notice to the company then under Section 21 of the consumer complaint consumer court you will file the consumer complaint before the district consumer forum then there after you you refund the policy that you have investor in your course

First of all rather than going legally you should serve them a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

file a complaint against the concerned person with the nearest police station of your area. attach all the relevant material showing the refund policy. if police does not take any action approach the concerned magistrate court for registration of FIR.
