It has been over six months and still the work is pending. More than 90 percent payment has been made and work was to be completed in three months. What legal action can be taken

You may instantly issue a legal notice to them as defeciency in service and may give them intimation to complete the work with requisite time as failure, you’re constraint to take legal action against them.
