Deceased husband received legal notice from bank due to uncleared loan

My husband who died few months back had an uncleared personal loan and credit card due. Now bank is sending legal notice to him which i came to know after checking his email. What should i do? Please Advice!

if this is collateral free loan and this is personal loan and there is no nominee in his personal loan account then nobody is label and the notice has no meaning for those who are the dependent on the deceased person.
