Debt ridden using credit cards, personal loans, private finances

One of my friend is debt ridden like credit cards, paytm loans, poonawala loans, bajaj finance loans he is totally bankrupted and not in a position to repay the debt. The creditors are torchering through phone call and coming home to recover the debt. He is in a position unable to meet the day to day expenses. He married with a girl child. How to face this situation. Can you suggest me any lawyer who can help him out of this situation. Please suggest.
