Dear Sir/MadamI am writing to seek your legal advice on an issue that I am facing with my personal loan account in Axis Bank. I had taken a loan of 10 lakhs from Axis Bank and was promised by the loan agent that there would be no additional charges for foreclosure after 12 months of EMI. However, when I went to the bank to close my personal loan account after 14 months of EMI, I was informed that there were no such offersI requested the bank officials to recheck the information as my relationship manager also mentioned the same when I took the personal loan that there would be no additional charges for me. But the Warangal branch manager mentioned that there would be interest in the foreclosed account. They didn't even share the document with me on the desktop screen that was shown to me by the bank officials. Due to this misinformation, I have paid a part payment of 7 lakhs instead of 7.5 lakhs, and I am still paying monthly EMI/InterestLater, I enquired about the foreclosure
