Cyber crime -- unauthorized transaction in my account

I am Using Mobikwik mobile wallet since last 6-7 years. They provided Rs.60000 pre-approved amount in my wallet for use and repay with in time lines (every month). But observed in 23rd Nov'23 one unauthorized transaction (cyber crime) in my wallet for Rs.55,200. The same was informed to Mobikwik through mail and phone and logged cyber crime. But Mobikwik harrasing through mails, messages, calls to repay the amount. This was happened not proper control mechanism in Mobikwik app. Can I file case?

hi yes if the Mobikwik people are not responding properly to your queries and not solving unauthorised tranaction then you could send them legal notice asking them to solve the issue otherwise you could file consumer complaint
