credit card payment or settlied that used by me

my credit card limit 155000 and i used 60000/- amount for medical emergancy and remaining 75000/- was froud with me with online transition by hacking my register mobile & card . i was done cyber crime complaint & FIR . bank recovery agents calling and stress pay full amount to pay. iwant to pay used amount by me only.

Well, you can lodge a Cyber Complaint and get your complaint converted into FIR by writing all the Cognizable Offences in it, so that, your case can be properly investigated and recovery agents stop harrassing you.
