credit card fraud transaction related issue

Hi sir, nMy roommate ask someone to pay his credit card bill then other person did paid his credit card bill by using doing from someone other's account without account holders permission. Then account holders did a FIR then cyber police investigate that payment was credited in my roommate credit card then two police person came to my room and searched my room and they collected my card also and taken from me and said that they check the transaction and they did not give me anything in written that they are taking my card and my adhar card also taken by them. So i this situation what should I do

Engage a lawyer and consult him. In the meantime, you can send a letter to commissioner of police narrating the true incident as you have mentioned here. Make it sure that either you write letter in Hindi or get it drafted in English by someone who can write in English in proper grammar.
